|Recurring Event (See all)
An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Wednesday, repeating until November 25, 2026
Build confidence in your artistic abilities with Basic Drawing to Begin Your Sketch Practice, a free weekly class for adults ages 18 and up. Held every Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the San Marcos Public Library, the class helps participants move past common fears about drawing and develop their own visual vocabulary for translating what they see onto paper. Different materials and approaches are explored in a supportive, relaxed environment, and all supplies are provided. The program is funded by St. David’s Foundation.
