Discover your creative side with Garabatos: Releasing the Art Within, a free art program for adults ages 18 and up held every Tuesday from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Participants can explore a variety of art materials and playful techniques while building confidence, practicing mindfulness, sharpening observational and improvisational skills, and learning to slow down and be more present. Instruction is tailored to individual preferences, and all materials are provided. The program is funded by St. David’s Foundation.
