Gourdgeous Glass Pumpkin Patch at Wimberley Glassworks

Wimberley Glassworks hosts its annual Gourdgeous Glass Pumpkin Patch on Saturday, September 19, featuring hundreds of handcrafted glass pumpkins, each uniquely created by the studio’s artists. Visitors can select a pumpkin from the patch or watch one being made during live glassblowing demonstrations.

The fall celebration includes spooky-themed glassblowing demonstrations featuring a Giant Pumpkin, Ghost, Witch Hat, and glass Jack-o’-lantern. Demonstrations are scheduled for 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm, and 2:30 pm. Guests can also take part in interactive scavenger hunts, a pumpkin toss, giveaways, kids’ coloring stations, seasonal treats, and an iced tea bar.

Children ages 8-14 can participate in the Monster Design Contest by creating a monster or ghost design. Winning designs will be recreated in hand-blown glass by Wimberley Glassworks artists during Halloween weekend.
