Roughhouse Brewing 5K Beer Run

Runners can hit the trails for a scenic 5K beginning and ending at Roughhouse Brewing. The course follows the Oakwood Loop and Highway 12 in a clockwise direction, with strollers welcome. After crossing the finish line, participants can cool down with four 8-ounce beer tastings served in a custom souvenir pint glass and enjoy the oak-studded beer garden.

Race registration includes a finisher pint glass, four beer tastings, an official race performance T-shirt, chip timing, a supported and well-marked course, and free race photos available online after the event. Food is available for purchase from the brewery’s kitchen and food trucks. Participants can also compete for beer-themed awards, with additional prizes offered through a random drawing following the awards ceremony.

The race starts Saturday, September 19, at 8 am. Packet pickup is available Friday from 4 pm to 7 pm at Roughhouse Brewing or on race day from 6:30 am to 8 am. Free parking is available at the brewery, with volunteers directing participants on race day.

Registration for participants over 21 is $60 through August 19, $65 through September 5, $70 afterward, and $75 on race day. Registration for participants under 21 is $45 through August 19, $50 through September 5, $55 afterward, and $60 on race day.
