The facility features six pickleball courts\, with three designated for competitive play and three for recreation\, accommodating players of different experience levels\, from beginners to advanced participants. \nFor October\, open play is offered Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 11:30 am\, with adjusted afternoon hours of 1:15 to 4:15 pm on Tuesday\, October 20\, and Thursday\, October 22. On Monday\, October 26\, play runs from 8:30 to 11:30 am. \nPickleball is free for Activity Center members. Nonmembers pay the daily admission rate of $6 for adults ages 18–59 or $3 for adults ages 60 and older. Hours and rules are subject to change without notice. \nThe activity takes place in the gym at the San Marcos Activity Center\, located at 501 E. Hopkins St. in San Marcos\, Texas.
